How do I reserve a vehicle?

Reservations can be made directly through the Ziply platform. Select your vehicle category, rental dates, and pickup location in Sri Lanka, then complete booking with valid customer details and payment.
Who is responsible for vehicle damage?

Ziply does not provide insurance coverage. The customer is fully responsible for all damages, accident-related costs, legal liabilities, and third-party claims during the rental period.
Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Customers can cancel bookings, and a fixed LKR 10,000 cancellation fee will be deducted. The remaining refundable balance will be returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days.
What are the vehicle return requirements?

Vehicles must be returned on time, in the same condition as received, and with the same fuel level. Late returns, extra mileage, and additional cleaning or repair requirements may result in extra charges.
